아동 안전 표준 및 CSAE 방지 정책

적용 범위

이 표준은 Google Play에 등록된 Boollog 앱과 Boollog 서비스에 적용됩니다. Boollog는 데이트 앱이 아니며, 비공개 메시지 기능이나 사용자 프로필 매칭 기능을 제공하지 않는 익명 TRUE/FALSE 피드 서비스입니다.

CSAE 및 CSAM 금지

Boollog는 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE), 아동 성적 학대 자료(CSAM), 아동을 대상으로 한 그루밍, 성적 협박, 아동 성착취 목적의 권유 또는 거래, 미성년자의 성적 대상화, 기타 아동을 성적으로 착취하거나 위험에 빠뜨리는 콘텐츠와 행위를 엄격히 금지합니다.

신고 방법

사용자는 앱 안의 게시글 신고 기능으로 우려되는 콘텐츠를 신고할 수 있습니다.
아동 안전, CSAE, CSAM 관련 긴급 신고 또는 문의는 wtkowrks@naver.com 으로 보낼 수 있습니다.
신고 시 게시글 제목, 카테고리, 작성 시각, 첨부 이미지 여부처럼 콘텐츠 확인에 필요한 정보를 함께 보내 주세요.

검토 및 조치

Boollog는 신고, 자동 검토, 운영자 확인을 통해 위반 가능성이 있는 콘텐츠를 검토합니다.
CSAE 또는 CSAM이 의심되거나 확인되는 콘텐츠는 공개 노출을 중단하고 삭제 또는 접근 제한 조치를 취합니다.
반복 위반 또는 심각한 위반이 있는 기기나 작성자는 글쓰기, 투표, 보상 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.

법률 준수 및 당국 신고

Boollog는 관련 아동 안전 법규를 준수하며, CSAM을 실제로 인지하고 확인한 경우 관련 법률에 따라 National Center for Missing and Exploited Children(NCMEC) 또는 해당 지역 및 국가의 관련 기관에 신고하는 절차를 따릅니다. 법 집행기관의 적법한 요청이 있는 경우 필요한 범위에서 협조할 수 있습니다.

Child Safety Standards and CSAE Prevention

Scope

These standards apply to the Boollog app and Boollog service listed on Google Play. Boollog is not a dating app and does not provide private messaging or profile matching. It is an anonymous TRUE/FALSE feed service.

CSAE and CSAM Prohibition

Boollog strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, solicitation or trafficking of children for sexual exploitation, sexualization of minors, and any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.

How to Report

Users can report concerning content through the in-app post reporting feature.
Urgent child safety, CSAE, or CSAM reports can be sent to wtkowrks@naver.com.
Reports should include information needed to identify the content, such as title, category, approximate posting time, and whether an image was attached.

Review and Enforcement

Boollog reviews potentially violating content through reports, automated checks, and operator review.
Content suspected or confirmed to involve CSAE or CSAM is removed from public visibility and deleted or access-restricted where appropriate.
Devices or authors involved in repeated or serious violations may be restricted from posting, voting, or reward features.

Legal Compliance and Reporting

Boollog complies with applicable child safety laws. When Boollog obtains actual knowledge of confirmed CSAM, it follows procedures to report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional or national authority as required by applicable law. Boollog may cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement within the required scope.

Boollogは、児童の性的虐待および搾取(CSAE)、児童性的虐待素材(CSAM)、グルーミング、性的脅迫、児童の性的搾取を目的とする勧誘または取引、未成年者の性的対象化、その他児童を性的に搾取、虐待、危険にさらすコンテンツおよび行為を厳格に禁止します。

通報方法

ユーザーはアプリ内の投稿通報機能から懸念のあるコンテンツを通報できます。
児童安全、CSAE、CSAMに関する緊急通報または問い合わせは wtkowrks@naver.com まで送信できます。
通報には、タイトル、カテゴリ、おおよその投稿日時、画像添付の有無など、コンテンツ確認に必要な情報を含めてください。

レビューと対応

Boollogは、通報、自動チェック、運営者レビューを通じて違反の可能性があるコンテンツを確認します。
CSAEまたはCSAMが疑われる、または確認されたコンテンツは公開表示を停止し、必要に応じて削除またはアクセス制限します。
重大または反復的な違反に関係する端末や投稿者は、投稿、投票、報酬機能が制限される場合があります。

法令遵守と当局への報告

Boollogは適用される児童安全関連法令を遵守します。確認されたCSAMを実際に認知した場合、適用法に従い、National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) または関連する地域・国家機関へ報告する手続きを行います。法執行機関からの適法な要請には、必要な範囲で協力する場合があります。
